    im a skinny , opposite story here, but i ate right, and exercised the muscles i wanted biggest, after just a month i noticed i had changed, i had a measly 3 and a half inches high upper arm, from tricep to top of bicep, after 4 weeks, was 6 inches, and that was just after 4 weeks, 20 minutes a day work out.

    Also, averaging less than one minute a day of exercise is never going to help you lose any weight.

    Here’s the secret, folks: A couple of miles a day, half an hour to an hour’s worth of cardio at least every other day, and weight/resistance exercise as often as you can without injuring your muscles. Eat whole grains and vegetables, avoid fat, sugar, and salt.

    Anything less is just so much quacking.
