What are some foods & such that promote fast weight loss?
What are some foods & such I can take in to help me lose weight, curb my appetite & raise my metabolism? I try & I still don't lose weight & it's affecting my health really bad!
Apples have fiber and help to make you feel full. Eat them with skins on to get the most vitamins and nutirients.

caffeine, chocolate, high fat when you are very hungry really and need a quick fix.

Hi,
I have also decided just recently to seriously lose weight.
For my diet, it goes like this. I eat fat-free Nestle Fitnesse cereal and drink Nesvita non-fat milk. Then at lunch, I eat a regular meal with fruit to match for dessert. Then in the evening, I just eat 2 and a half slices of bread. And every Saturday, I spend at least 30 minutes of exercise. I choose dancing to be my form of exercise. =) And it worked for me! It is just a matter of willpower and discipline!
