I need to know EXACTLY how to do a juice fast for weight loss?

1. Can I used bottled juice?
2. What kind of juice?
3. How much a day?
4. How many days?
5. How to I wean off of it?

I want to do this to jump start weight loss, not as a crash diet.

First I'd like to say that this is a TERRIBLE way to try and loose weight whether it's to begin or a crash diet. The main reason being your body builds up it's fluids and the stomach becomes adjusted to not digesting solids, so when you switch back to solids it can make you very sick. Also you have to make sure you are getting the correct amount of nutritional values. But since you didn't ask for advice on whether you shouldn't do it, I will tell you how to start. To do a really good juice diet you really need to have a juicer and juice your own.
