Any good and fast weight loss tips?
i am 10 about to turn 11. i weigh like 92 i think. i have a little belly fat and all my friends are skinner than me. i don't feel GREAT about myself tho. but i want to lose weight before it gets way 2 bad. am i over weight? any tips?
this is my own diet :
I am curently on a diet my self and i lost 24 lbs since Jan 20 until today March 13.
I cut out all the bad things out of my diet that i felt are holding me back:
- sweets
-bread
-pasta
-rise
-pop
-juice ( too much sugar in store brand) make ur own freshly squeezed
at home
**** eat veggies with every mean
**** i stopped eating after 8 pm
**** eat 3 main meals
**** snack inbetween ( fruits, yougurt, powerbar)
****drink alot of freshly squeezed lemon juice with warm water
****ALOT OF WATER!!
it might sound like alot of work but its really not
fisrt couple days are a lil hard but your body adjusts to it in no time remember its all about will power

You are not overweight. You are still growing, and will grow into your body in time. Please do not worry about this!

You don't really need to bother trying to lose weight yet. As you grow and hit puberty your body will elongate and regulate giving you a more proportionate shape. You just have to wait it out. For now, even if you do try a weight loss program you will still have the belly fat. It's just the way your body is when you're so young. You'll catch up to your friends soon.
My advice, ask you parents to buy healthier foods and get off yahoo answers and play outside! Be active!

wow your skinny dont worry you have tons of time to grow in height and you will even out. you seem perfect. just eat healthy and exercise if you can. But your fine!!!! Dont even think about it because your so younge you shouldnt hafe to.
